1. General provisions
These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when you purchase goods in the e-shop “E-shop”).
2. The moment of concluding the purchase-sale agreement
The agreement between you and Us is considered concluded from the moment when you click on the “Order” button in the e-shop, after forming the shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and getting acquainted with our rules. Every contract concluded between Us and you is stored in the e-shop.
3. Your rights
You have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these rules and the e-shop. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement with the e-shop, except in cases when the sales agreement cannot be withdrawn, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. You commit
You must accept the ordered goods and pay for them in the agreed amount. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must inform us immediately.
5. Our rights
If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of the e-shop, We may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the use of the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the order. In case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying you in advance. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
6. We commit
To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop. Deliver the goods ordered by you to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period. If, due to important circumstances, we are unable to deliver the ordered product to you, we undertake to contact you and offer a similar product, and if you refuse to accept the analogous product, return the money paid to you within 72 hours, if you have made the payment.
7. Payment for goods
You can pay through the electronic banking system.
The order is executed only upon receipt of payment.
8. Delivery of goods
When ordering goods, we undertake to deliver the goods within the terms specified in the goods card. If it happens that we do not have the goods in stock, we will contact you and arrange a separate delivery time or refund.
The total delivery time of the order is determined by the most recently delivered product in the order.
The goods are delivered by the transport authorized by the seller. The goods are delivered to the customer’s pre-specified address and only to the place where the car can approach. The goods are delivered in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

When buying live organisms, Eurocrickets does not takes responsibility for all live insects reaching you. The sooner you pick up the order from the chosen delivery location, the more likely it is that the percentage of surviving insects will be higher. At lower outdoor temperatures, the insects can be much calmer, after you will bring them home, leave insects warm and they will awaken soon.
9. Returning the goods
Return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”.
You have the right to return the product received to us within 14 days, explaining in writing the reasons for its return. The term starts from the moment of receipt of the goods.
The returned product must be fully completed. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, We or Our representative will not accept the item for return. The product must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged.
If the goods are returned of inferior quality or not in full, the missing value may be claimed. This provision does not apply if the quality of the product has deteriorated only due to the inspection – which you could have done when buying in the store. You can usually avoid liability for damages if you do not use the product as the owner and do not take any action that could reduce the value of the product.
When a defective product is returned, We undertake to pick up the defective product and replace it with a similar product. In case We do not have a similar product, We will refund you the money paid for the product.
The right of return does not apply to goods that have been produced according to the customer’s special instructions, as well as to living organisms.
Refunds are at the customer’s expense and risk.
In the case of a cancelled order, a refund will be made, minus the payment operator’s fees for handling the monetary transaction.
10. Warranty obligations
If the goods are defective at the time of delivery, the seller undertakes to remove them. Eurocrickets UAB first has the right to repair the product or replace it with another product at its own discretion. If the goods are re-delivered with defects or if the delivery is delayed within the relevant period specified by the customer, the customer may: demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancel the order. The duration of warranty obligations is indicated next to each product in months from the moment of delivery of the product. The guarantees do not apply to living organisms.
11. Responsibility
1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data on the registration form, we are not responsible for the consequences. You are responsible for the actions taken using the e-shop.
2. In case of any misunderstandings regarding the quality of the goods, warranty, in case of questions regarding installation / assembly or delivery of the order, please always contact us (Contacts) and we will try to help and solve the problem promptly.
3. 12. Sending of information
We will send all notifications to the e-mail address provided in your registration form and, if necessary, contact us by the specified telephone number. You send all notifications and questions to the address or e-mail address specified in the “Contacts” section of our e-shop or call the specified telephone number.
The Buyer agrees that Eurocrickets UAB will have access to his e-mail address and other data provided by the Buyer (Name, surname, telephone number, etc.), also gives permission to store this data and allows the Seller to send newsletters to the Buyer (also from other Seller managed websites)
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
