While ordering live insects, we recommend you to order a heat packs as well, so that the insects reach you as much viable as possible. However, we would like to highlight that during the cool season, due to the temperature factor, there is still a risk that the insects may die during shipment.

Insects are cold-blooded animals that cannot generate heat of their own body and are directly dependent on the ambient temperature, so during the cold season just received insects may look unviable. When you receive a parcel, place the crickets very carefully in a container for permanent storage and let the crickets warm up at room temperature. After a few hours, the insects will return to viability. We recommend you to pick up your parcel at the terminal or post office as soon as possible.
